Arabian Nights

Burj Al Arab

Inside Burj Al Arab

Enjoyed visiting friends in Dubai, and being witness to another world. Extravagance, luxury, where everything and anything can be created. The city was under construction, but still managed to be breath-taking. The galleries were very approachable, and it was wonderful to see an international representation of artists in the UAE. (I hope to be one soon.)

The colors were luscious, beautiful against a warm sun. The interior designs were just as exotic. Figurative and abstracts were the most popular and I’m enjoying working on a new abstract series called Arabian Nights.

Nice! You visited Dubai. Beauty or Decadence? or both? : )

Your Blog is quite Pleasant Karen! I enjoy reading it! I’d love to post more comments, but am at a loss for words most of the time! I know of I’ve said it before, but I’m going to say it again. Every time I think of Paintings, I can’t get one particular piece out of my head. It’s not often, I wish I was a little more wealthier, wanting then, what I want now.

Anyways. Cheers on your new Arabian Night Series. Be curious as to how it turns out.

Oh Karen! I noticed that you only have 2/10 Giclee Prints of your Autumn Storm? Does that mean, after they are all gone.. (and how many are left?)

Will they all disappear? Forever? (I know, I’m asking the obvious I suppose!)

Please email me! Or should I contact Sales? Have you seen a Giclee Print? Are the colors as beautiful as I remembered them? I remembered you mentioned that one could pay in something similar to installments!…. Please tell me what I should do, to secure #2/10.. (or.. )

(I know.. It’s just been babbles up there. But I just explained to my Neanderthal brothers, the power of abstract art.. the absurdity of it all.. and yet sometimes in your life… something just blows all your presumptions away)
